As you drive into Grand Pointe East you will find well maintained landscaping at the entry and a lovely gazebo with walking paths.  This is evidence of a group of people who are involved with the Homeowners Association.  There are several volunteer committees.  

Stop for a visit at our lovely clubhouse with its elegant French doors that lead to a private pool area.  The clubhouse is graced with a large kitchen and serving area.  There are ample chairs and tables for meetings and parties.  Homeowners can sit around the pool using the outdoor furniture for relaxing and socializing.

Grand Pointe East is conveniently located.  It is ten minute drive to beautiful
beaches, exciting shopping centers, a library, post office, and many great restaurants.
