Home Owner's Association Annual Dues

The 2012 Home Owner's Association Annual dues were due 01.01.12.  If you have not yet paid those dues, please do so as soon as possible.  Checks should be made payable to GPEHOA in the amount of $500.00, and should be mailed to P.O. Box 104, Gulf Breeze, Florida 32562.

Grand Pointe East is the wonderful community it is because of the residents.  If you are not on our distribution list, we are asking all homeowners who have access to this site to send us your Name, Address, and Phone Number to gpehoa@mchsi.com. This will ensure we can reach all of the residents of Grand Pointe East in a timely and cost efficient manner.  If you have any questions that are not addressed on this site, please feel free to send an email to gpehoa@mchsi.com or mail your questions to GPEHOA, P.O. Trash and Recycling Pick Up

Waste Pro provides the trash and recycling pick up services for Grand Pointe East.  Trash pick up is every Tuesday and Friday.  Recycling pick up is every Tuesday.  Please call 850.474.0800 to set up your waste service. 

Homeowners Association Meetings

The Homeowners Association Board of Director's Meetings are held quarterly (January, April, July, and October) on the first Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse.  Our next meeting will be April 5th, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.  All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

Care Committee

Grand Pointe East has a Care Committee that provides assistance to those in need.  A few examples include meals during difficult times, assistance with yard work, car rides to appointments, and errands.  If you would like to help build our neighborhood by offering your help to our fellow neighbors, please contact Burdettea Risher at 850.916.0683.

Fox Sighting

A fox was recently (01.18.12) spotted near the entrance of Grand Pointe East between the subdivision's entrance and the gazebo area.  Please be sure to keep a close eye on your small animals.

Yard Work Referral
