Grand Pointe East is a growing and vibrant subdivision in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Our homeowners are of all ages and some are long time residents of Northwest Florida Beach Area. We regularly organize social events in the Clubhouse so neighbors can get to know one another.

There are ample chairs and tables for meetings and parties. Homeowners can sit around the pool using the outdoor furniture for relaxing and socializing.
Grand Pointe East is conveniently located. It is a ten minute drive to beautiful beaches of Pensacola Beach, exciting shopping centers, a library, post office, and many great restaurants.
