Board Meetings

The Homeowners Association Board of Director's Meetings are typically held on an as-needed basis on a Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse.  All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.  

Annual Homeowners Association Meeting

The Annual Homeowners Association Meeting is held every January for the purpose of electing members to the board of directors. The date of the annual meetings is announced through the mail.

Board of Director Term of Office

President and Treasurer will serve a 3-year term effective the year they take office

Vice President and Secretary will serve a 2-year term effective the year they take office

Member-at-Large will serve a 1- year term effective the year they take office

If a person drops from the board or changes director position during their term, their replacement will serve the remainder of the term they are filling. New directors filling an expired position will serve the designated term of office for the position they hold effective the year they take office.
