We have contracted with Jeff Bentley, CPA, to oversee the financial day-to-day operation of the Homeowners' Association.
The GPEHOA Treasurer is Josh Esgar.

Grand Pointe East is a wonderful community because of the residents. If you are not on our distribution list, we are asking all homeowners who have access to email to forward your address to manager@gpehoa.com. This will ensure we can reach all of the residents of Grand Pointe East in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

HOA Governing Documents
Covenants as of 7/2020 - govern the use and appearance of an owner's property.
Bylaws - govern the operation of the homeowners association.
Rules & Regulations - govern noise, fireworks, parking, landscaping, pets, trash, pool, mailboxes, etc.
Fee Collection Policy - governs the process, fines, timing, and legal collection referral that will occur for an unpaid HOA fee.
Forms
Limited Proxy Form - If you are unable to attend the annual general meeting, you can use this document to assign your voting rights to another person or the Treasure of the HOA.
Designated Voter Certificate - designates the one owner who may vote where a home is owned by 2 or more people or is a legal entity.
Renter Declaration Form (Printable or Online) Use the form to provide the board with the name and contact information of your renter.
Request an Architectural Review - Use this form when making changes or additions to the exterior of your home and landscaping
