July 23, 2017 - Renovation Review

Summary of an ARC review by Barry Koncan and Bill Stinson of planned home repairs to 1392 ABC. Per discussion onsite with the owners, David and Karon Nickolas on 7/23/2017,

• exterior repairs will be made to include stucco painting and sealing,

• replacement of the front entry way, and faulty thermo pane windows.

Repairs will maintain the current external design and appearance of the structure, and will conform to the uniform look of the GPE community. Owners are authorized to proceed with these repairs.

Owners should access the GPE web site at www.gpehoa.com for community covenants, rules and regulations and other relevant information such as HOA board points of contact, clubhouse use, etc.
